Co-Owner & Head of Operations
James McSweeney is an internationally recognized professional mixed martial artist, kickboxer, and elite coach with a career spanning over two decades. Known for his dynamic fighting style and technical expertise, James has competed in prestigious organizations such as the UFC, ONE Championship, and KSW. Transitioning seamlessly into coaching, he has trained world-class fighters while developing programs tailored for individuals of all skill levels.
As Co-Owner and Head of Operations at McSweeney MMA & Performance, James oversees day-to-day gym management, class programming, and staff development. His commitment to discipline, respect, and technical excellence creates an inclusive and empowering environment for members — fostering both physical strength and mental resilience in every student.
Parker Keane

Parker Keane is the President of Keane Landscaping, the largest privately held landscape firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Beyond landscaping, Parker is a serial entrepreneur leading multiple successful ventures, including PK Renovations, Discount Dumpsters DFW, and PFK Realty.
Parker has a deep passion for mixed martial arts, boxing, and combat sports. With extensive experience in business, marketing, and construction, he brings strategic vision and operational expertise to every endeavor.
Together with James McSweeney, the duo plans to revolutionize the martial arts and performance industry in Texas — with a shared goal of becoming a household name across the region.
